Why do you write like you believe the Russian news but not American news? Both should probably be taken with equal amounts of "grains of salt", given that RT is government funded news and mainstream American news has turned into 'for profit' opeds?

You are 100% correct about that. RT has been really good about being on the ball with news about the Russia-Ukraine crisis, and in my opinion, have been objective for the most part about this situation, like here https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.rt.com/russia/549672-ukraine-donbass-leaders-accuse/amp/

Another factor, not an excuse, is just time. I try to get these out quick enough so that they are still relevant with the news, and like I said RT has been on the ball, so it’s been my best help.

If there are any American media outlets that write like RT and leave out all the fluff, other than AP, please feel free to recommend them.

You can research to find what news sites are considered "most neutral". CNN used to be. Along with USAToday. That is no longer true for CNN. CNN is very clearly left leaning. Fox is very clearly right leaning. USAToday leans left. But, not as much as CNN. I'd recommend AP and Reuters to start with.

Late reply to this, but this comment really helped make me a better writer and see more of the big picture. Much appreciated.
